How to Prevent Liver Cancer

- Stay away from drugs that are not from your doctor. This does include drug dealers. These drugs are nothing good for you, unless your doctor tells you to take legal drugs.
- Lose weight. If you are overweight, just simply do 30 minutes of exercise instead of eating chips and candies, or have a piece of fruit. Not only does it helps your body, but also your body will thank you in return.
- Watch what you eat and drink. If you are at a club, don't leave your open drink unattended. Someone can come and dump anything in it. Just get a new one or finish it.
